These squads are for boys and girl’s above general level. We build on skills learnt in general and incorporate more flexibility and conditioning into the sessions.

This is competitive squad, there are floor and vault competitions throughout the year up to South East Regional level.

Trials for floor & Vault are by invitation only spotted through our general/advanced gymnastics programme, but we encourage you to enquire if you think your child has potential to be in a competitive squad. Please call us on 01304 226088
